The Cat’s Purr | Blackie Lou

It was a fine Thursday morning when our block got an unexpected visit. There was this cat who just entered the classroom! I don’t know who he is, or where he is from, but he’s just too adorable to ignore. To my surprise, he climbed up my chair while I was not sitting. Maybe this feline friend has scented Clyde’s cat ‘fumes’ which my bag could possibly have. (btw, Clyde is our cat at home 🙂 )

I approached my seat and hesitantly placed it onto my lap. It may go rowdy and dangerous, but it didn’t. In fact, he stroked his head against the cloth of my skirt until he found comfort and finally, he buried his head against it and my forearms.

I want to adopt him!!

Kaila called him Blackie, and I can attest to that. Haha! I thought of having his full name as Blackie Lou Blanco. Since he’s a mixture of black and white, I might as well add Blanco (it means white in Spanish). And doesn’t it sound witty? 😛

Until we meet again, Blackie Lou.
